Did you know the default setting in Unity® does not include the Legal Counsel Fee? Don’t miss out on collecting the fee by confirming that you have selected the correct box.

In Unity, follow these quick steps to include the TitlePLUS Legal Counsel Fee in the Statement of Account or Trust Ledger:

• once you’ve logged in, select the “Integrations” drop down menu in the top navigation of the screen
• under the Title Insurance heading, click on “Configuration”
• insert a checkmark beside “Do not deduct Legal Counsel Fee from premium in Trust Ledger or Statement of Account”
• click on OK – and you’re done!

You only need to complete this once and it will apply to all future accounting.
