Effective immediately, we are pleased to extend this coverage to your private lender clients in a residential transaction for a $75 premium. This coverage is already available for institutional lenders in residential and commercial transactions.

The TitlePLUS Extended Super Priority Lien Endorsement provides protection from risks associated with super priority liens and/or deemed trusts. The coverage continues for 10 years after the discharge of the insured mortgage and is limited to a maximum of $500,000.
