A homeowner discovered their septic bed was on neighbouring vacant land.
Unfortunately, there was no room on their property to relocate the bed. TitlePLUS covered the cost to purchase the section of the vacant land and paid for a new reference plan, severance and transfer, and a lawyer’s fees to oversee the work.
