Filing a Claim

If you are a TitlePLUS policyholder and wish to file a claim under your policy, please click here to complete an online TitlePLUS Proof of Loss form.

A member of LAWPRO’s TitlePLUS Claims Group will contact you to obtain any additional information needed to assess the claim. Depending on the issue, information may be required from the policyholder and/or the lawyer who acted for the policyholder when TitlePLUS coverage was obtained.

Please review the section of your policy headed “If you have a Claim” for additional information. In particular, the policy requires that the insured (for example, the purchaser, home owner or lender under the TitlePLUS policy) notify us in writing of a claim as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of an issue.
